Fig 1 – Straight Staircase
A simple straight staircase can be covered with a single straight stairlift unit. This solution is ideal for seniors and individuals who require safe and effortless mobility between floors.

Fig 2 – Straight Staircase with Post Installation
This type also requires one stairlift unit, but with an additional post installation. Here, an iron post is fixed with clamps to provide extra support for the rail. Installation usually takes up to 2 days due to the post setup.

Fig 3 – Split-Level Straight Staircase
For staircases divided by a landing (L-shaped or split-level), you will need two stairlift units – one for each section of the stairs.

Fig 4 – Split-Level with Option for Extra Unit
In this design, you may choose one or two stairlift units depending on user needs.

  • If the user can manage 3–4 steps, a single stairlift is sufficient.

  • If not, two stairlifts provide complete coverage.

Fig 5 – U-Shaped Staircase with Two Landings
For U-shaped stairs with two landings, you will require three stairlift units to cover the full staircase safely and effectively.

Fig 6 – L-Shaped Staircase with Short Extension
For this type of staircase, you may opt for one or two stairlift units:

  • One unit if the user can manage a few steps.

  • Two units for complete assistance without having to climb even 3–4 steps.
