In the diagrams above, the green circle (🟢) marks the starting point where the stairlift begins its movement, and the green arrow (▶️) indicates the end point where the stairlift will stop. In Fig 2, the red circle (🔴) highlights the position that requires a post installation, where an iron post with clamps is added to support the rail. The yellow square (🟨) represents the landing space, which is the flat resting area at the top or bottom of the stairs where the stairlift completes its travel.

A simple straight staircase can be covered with a single straight stairlift unit. This solution is ideal for seniors and individuals who require safe and effortless mobility between floors.

This type also requires one stairlift unit, but with an additional post installation. Here, an iron post is fixed with clamps to provide extra support for the rail. Installation usually takes up to 2 days due to the post setup.

For staircases divided by a landing (L-shaped or split-level), you will need two stairlift units – one for each section of the stairs.

In this design, you may choose one or two stairlift units depending on user needs.
